Ok, I will. Does it mean it is a bug ?
I don’t get what …MissingParameter">Resource parameter notfound<… means ?
When I searched for this error java.io.IOException: GetMap failed on the internet, I only found people who had problem with tilzSize ou mapping memory.
I’m a bit lost right now :).
Thanks anyway !

Hello again. I already turned it off since the beginning.
But maybe I can provide some more elements to you.
When cascading the remote WMS service, GeoServer needs me to fill some fields :
• the Capabilities URL
• the login
• the password
I can add the URL the way the IGN provided me (http://gpp3-wxs.ign.fr/4hnoob7ikk8zb8rzj113echo/geoportail/r/wms?SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities), and then add dev in the login and passwords (with pool connexion disabled).
I can also do it this way : just provide the URL like this http://dev:devgpp3-wxs.ign.fr/4hnoob7ikk8zb8rzj113echo/geoportail/r/wms?SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities and no password and login
Both solutions allows me to publish layers, but they lead to the same error later when displaying the map.
I see. Well, then this needs a developer to spend time looking at it with a debugger.
Please open a bug report here http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS adding the capabilties, username and password
to make it reproducable.
Cheers
Andrea
