i was wondering if it is possible to make an intersection beetween two
features.
I've been looking at the OGC specifications, and i can only see how to apply
spatial filters to one feature and to a polygon or so.
I need to get the intersection beetween two different features. Is it
possible to do in the same request?

No, that's outside the scope of the spec, as far as I know, unless
there's
some weird trick I don't know about. OGC is working on some sort of
query language, but it may be awhile coming. To the operation in java
you should check out JTS Topology Suite, which is what geotools and
thus geoserver is built on top of. It will definitely do intersection
and other complex spatial operations. Just not over the web
