[Geoserver-devel] Fix for GEOS-6000

Hi all,
I still don’t see the fix for “GEOS-6000, LRUAuthenticationCacheImpl TimerTask causes deadlock” committed on either trunk or 2.4.x

Christian shared a .class file for tests, that I’ve decompiled using JED, it seems it’s really the same class without the timer class (at least, at a first look).

Christian, you around? Can you commit the fix, the RC2 is going out Sept 2 (so, in 2 days) and we should really have this fix in.

If we don’t hear back from Christian in time, what do you think about me committing the decompiled version of Christian class?
