Build times have increased:

Looking at the logs, the key difference between short and long builds is trouble resolving dependencies:

[WARNING] Could not transfer metadata org.geotools:gt-api:16-SNAPSHOT/maven-metadata.xml from/to hibspat ([http://www.hibernatespatial.org/repository](http://www.hibernatespatial.org/repository)): Connection reset

Commented our hibernate spatial repository, looking at the pom.xml there is a large number of repositories commented out. If it is helpful we can either upload or mirror to decrease build times.

Hi Jody,

we already mirrored the hibernatespatial artifacts early this year, when the
original site started becoming unreachable.
Here:
   http://maven.geo-solutions.it/org/hibernatespatial/

I've re-run the jenkins job and, after your changes, it took 7 min 7 sec.

It seems there are no more delays due to dead repos.
