I have a problem with the uninstaller; it is leaving the start menu shortcuts in place.
If you guys want to send me a preview of the next release I will be happy to test, uDig has the same problem and Jesse is looking at the latest version of SIS installer.

The latest SIS is much better (results in less "this installer may not of worked" messages; but it still leaves items in the start menu.
So no hurry to switch,
