[Geoserver-devel] Geoserver 2.2.5 tomcat unable to load servlet2.5.jar

Hello,
am trying to use geoserver 2.2.5 with tomcat 7.0.34 following this tuto:http://ian01.geog.psu.edu/geoserver_docs/software/geoserver.html but am getting this error concerning the servlet jar:

The error you refer to.. is not an error, it's a warning, GeoServer
normally deploys fine even with it (yes, that message is always present,
it's annoying and we're working to remove it, but it does not prevent the
deploy to succeed).

The real error is somewhere else, you'll probably find it in the
geoserver.log file, contained in the GeoServer data directory

Hi andrea,
but when i try to open the link of geoserver i don’t get nothing,
in my log file the only line that contains error is this : 2013-05-05 15:12:55,195 ERROR [geoserver.global] -
i don’t really know what’s the problem :s
