I am going to guess those are info objects being created from scratch; I guess I expected a short default like ‘wmts’, ‘wcs’, and no duplicates?

license/*.html - these look good - but where is the GPL licence everything else is here …
htmldoc
looks fine, even the api docs
LICENSE.html is CCbyA as expected javadocs
README.html is the same as bin release
I could not find the usual framed javadocs; maybe that is no longer a thing war
