Tested the manual install of GeoServer on Windows 2012. Changed the default port successfully with no issues.

Tested windows.exe installation as a service (windows 7). Was successfully able to configured use of port 80.
Tested mac dmg, also able to change the port to 8088 (but not to port 80 for some reason).
