Just added the SLD_BODY parameter to the xsl.
I've improved the SLD=... and SLD_BODY=... stuff in Geoserver WMS. The
SLD POST (the best way to send SLD) should be finished monday.
There should be 4 ways to send SLD to Geoserver:
a) SLD=(URL) geoserver makes an http location to the SLD and loads it
b) SLD_BODY=... send an SLD file to geoserver using GET
c) WMS GetMap 1.2 request send the SLD (and other request parameters)
in a POST XML document. This is how the SLD spec says you should do
it.
d) GET Parameters, SLD Post (not sure about this one - I think it'll be
useful) use http GET for the parameters (ie. location and image size)
and use POST for the SLD
