Dear all,
I want to find out a graphical style editor to use with geoserver. I see
that on geoserver version 1.7.3, we have styler extension. But for version
1.7.4 and 2.0 we do not. So the styler will be developed and we will have a
complete style editor in the future or it just stopped? Any information will
help me much.

OpenGeo is likely going to continue to develop the styler extension, the plans for it are at http://projects.opengeo.org/styler/ Right now it's waiting for more funding or contributors. It's an open source project, and is designed to be a part of GeoExt, and it will likely be in the business interest of OpenGeo to develop it further.
As for it not being available in 1.7.4 or 2.0, the 1.7.3 download should work fine. It's not that dependent on different releases of GeoServer. Just no one has had the time to package it up.
