Hi I am Besfort from Kosovo, I set up a GeoServer, and I would like to use orthophoto for mapping, I have and orthophotos in Data directory in GeoServer, when I check with OpenLayers is everythink Ok, but the problem is when I would like to see photos in JOSM I see only white background nothing more, Do you now anyone here what is missing or where is the problem …

What do you see in the GeoServer logs?
The logs should contain details of the requests as received by GeoServer. Different clients may issue different requests. In particular, axis order problems may make your data disappear:

(note that the second example should have VERSION=1.3.0)
