The GeoTools 20.0 / GWC 1.14.0 / GeoServer 2.14.0 release is scheduled Tuesday, September 18th this week. I will be doing the release.
We still have a couple of open blockers; until these are fixed I will hold off on starting the release (although if its going to be more than a week for them to be fixed, we will have to revisit this plan).
