1. Collecting GeoServer Contribution License Agreements
-------------------------------------------------------

Jody will start doing it, be prepared!

Priority given to rounding up GitHub committers.

Ben reports that it may take a little time for CSIRO (reorganisation, leave, staff changes).

2. Circular arc support
-----------------------

Moving on! Anybody had a look?

Jody will have a look.
Next up is Oracle Circular stuff (SDO class - blame canada).
Final stage will be GML.

Jody will ask Martin to take a look.

Anyone interested in funding SQL Server and/or PostGIS?

3. Releases releases/feature freeze
-----------------------------------

Here is the roadmap:

http://geoserver.org/roadmap/

Has link to wiki:
https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/wiki/Release-Schedule

What is coming in before the code sprint?
- curve stuff above
- connection pool fix
- Query/Transform did not make the cut - sorry GeoMesa where did you go?

Talk to Jody if you need to schedule around the feature freeze.

4. FOSS4G Preflight Planning
----------------------------

PORTLAND, OREGON, USA • SEPTEMBER 8TH - 13TH, 2014

Needed:
- Blog announcement, presentations, workshops, and code sprint!

What is going on:

- Workshops: how many? GeoTools workshop which would love volunteers
- Presentation: Combined GeoServer and GeoTools "State of" invited talk. Everyone is invited, but the pace is *quick*. Try and cover JTS, ImageIO-EXT, and we can introduce JAI-EXT
- Presentation:
- Code Sprint extra day etc... sunday. Normal foss4g code sprint Saturday.
- Code Sprint Wicket Upgrade or CITE? What is harder to get funding for?

5. Discussion
-------------

How to collaborate with code sprint teams?
One sprint to do proposal, second sprint to implement, third sprint for review/QA

Make plans to go to FOSS4G Korea in 2015
