Jukka: not until WMS cascading is fixed!
Discussion: WMS Cascade fix - what are users using this for? Single contact point for applications.
What is left:
- random readme round up fixes needed
- wms cascade - does anyone have time to look at this? Does not seem likely, suspect raster reprojection may be suspect? Information on user-list was inconsistent
- wfs regressions - does anyone have time? Justin expressed interest on email.
Can we release at foss4g? If we get time ... yes. At the moment stick with the scheduled release on the 18th.

1) wms xss fix - done!
2) scale calc vendor option (for printing) - merge now freeze is over. One comment to address.
3) empty BIL - still against 2.5.x
4) feature cascade stored query - freeze is over so know time is now!
5) Andrea to check pull/674 GEOS-6600 for uncommented ImageIO.write in ScaleLineDecorationTest
