vecmath replacement is done, and delivered as part of 14-M0 / 2.8-M0 - yay! Great cross team effort

Boundless has been unable to setup an Oracle to run 3D tests against?

Q: Can we disable by remove the oracle test fixture?
- BCD: yes, remove ~/.geoserver/oracle.properties and build with -pl '!app-schema-oracle-test'

Boundless would like to donate MongoDB datastore as a geotools unsupported module.
