FOSS4G sprint

Before sprint: Andrea working on QGis SLD export
After sprint: too many new people to do bug fixing, time spent on outreach, donating YSLD documentation, Jody went though GeoTools on jira, styled mark thing work.
Kevin and torben made a lot of progress on GWC update for OL3. It is not merged yet as they have a few regressions.
jody - spent 1/3 time just going through bug backlog, got to fix only 1 of them!
Resume bug fixing 20-ish September please! <-- very much yes!
- note we need a specific date here (in order to commit resources to the activity)
- Proposing Friday September 23rd (friday is a good day for this!), if we do the releases in time. Issue, 18th is a Sunday.
- Jody will be in the air, so may have to help with the pre-sprint work

Sunday September 18th we have two release blocks:
* GeoTools 15.2/GWC 1.9.2/GS 2.9.2, a stable release train (with a few
backports of new features, parametric config, jpeg/png, backup/restore)
* GeoTools 16-beta/GWC 1.10-beta/GS 2.10-beta, a beta release train

GeoServer 2.10 freeze
---------------------
2.10-beta feature freeze on September 18th (please merge new features
in time, not right before the release).
For the release blog post double check the M0 release notes, they do contain most of the new features.
Things to consider for the release:
* After the code sprint YSLD should now be ready to be an extension, expect proposal shortly (kevin? torben?) (check code coverage)
* Vector tiles module, will documentation be in time for the freeze? Once done a proposal for graduation can be made (check code coverage)
* We have a regression on sql-server.

* note - we need to work with OSGeo+Larry to "sign" our Mac DMG (Mac will no longer run unsigned code)
