Some of us have Daylight Saving Time ending next week, which will push the meeting 1hr earlier for us

Java 11 builds work fine on master node

Pretty quiet meeting today.
One discussion point that we wanted to bring to the mailing lists was meeting time - some of us have daylight savings time ending next week, meaning the next meeting will be 1 hour earlier.
We’d like to suggest pushing the meeting forward 30 minutes or an hour (17:00 UTC or 17:30 UTC). Do either of these times work for everyone else? Are they problematic for anyone?

Sorry I missed the meeting, I was so focused on remembering that DST finished I completely forgot it was Tuesday and spent most of the day thinking it was Monday 
17:00 UTC works best for me.
