Docs cert is fixed now… but future maintenance will likely continue to be slow
- Planet Federal owns this certificate, long term may consider transfer to OSGeo

Oracle vs OpenJDK for releases going forward
Jody had some trouble with JDKs - the oracle installer went away (likely because of JENKINS-57090)
Switch to OpenJDK for releases to avoid this going forward -
