Hi All,
In my work for updating the rest api to Spring MVC 4 I have found a need to upgrade the jetty container and xmlutil library. I have completed those changes and am providing a clean PR that contains only the Jetty upgrade and xmlutil upgrade. There were some minor code changes required to ensure that all tests continued to pass as a result of those changes. Please take a look at the PR, I appreciate any feedback you have.
