I am researching on the access control of GeoServer now, and know that GeoXACML implementation should be a good thing for my research, but now I do not find anywhere to download it. Could you send it to me? I really need it. Thank you very much.

The GeoXACML never made it into the proper GeoServer distribution.
In any case the GeoXACML module is still available here, with some effort it could be salvaged
(provided some work is done to make security pluggable and have geoxacml be one of the plugins):
