Hi all,
trying to implement GetLegendGraphic I get wondering if there not
already exists a legend generator (say, something that recieves a
Style/Rule and produces a pretty graphic) in gt2 code base, instead of
being forced to do so many tricks to actualle get a renderer producing a
simple graphic.
could anyone givme some pointer?
My first try was to port LegendImageGenerator from the old wms server in
gt, but it relies in the fact that Java2DRenderer.processSymbolizers()
is public, wich is not the current situation.
Thanks in advance,
Gabriel
I think you can just make that method public, if that's the only thing
stopping you. I think that the LegendImageGenerator was the only gt
implementation of a legend generator, though I could be wrong.

That was the best fix I could come up with at the time, since I didn't really want to build a whole map each time. I've not been following renderer design recently so there may now be a better way to do this. I'll try and have a poke round (possibly on the way to New York next week).

Dear friends:
If I try to add a new Oracle Spatial entity to Geoserver i get:
Could not create multilinestring with interpretacion 1- we can only represent 1 for straight edges.
The table i want to register has geometries with these values:
SDO_GTYPE : 2006 – bidimensional multiline
SDO_ELEM_INFO (1,2,1,7,2,1) – two line segments (SDO_ETYPE = 2), with straight lines between vertex (SDO_INTERPRETATION = 1).
What is wrong?
Thank you in advance
