[Geoserver-devel] GMLUtils now support AttributeType based xmlSchema discovery

Noteable features:
- bi-directional
- can map to gml property types (as used by cite tests)

Currently depends on xs and gml prefixes being defined.

Maps Java class to xmlSchema based on:
- defined types (such as xs:integer, gml:LineString for example)
- property types (such as gml:LineStringPropertyType)

I have heard mention of FeatureType based XMLSchema generation, could someone point me in the correct direction? I would like to compare/constrast with this latest work.

Cheers,
Jody

The class you are looking for is
org.geotools.gml.producer.FeatureTypeTransformer in the gmldatasource
module
