Thanks for taking care of this Ben, I don't have the sources JAR
in my local repository and I think they where not available.

The community module gs-geofence-server was failing to compile on 2.8.x
with a clean local Maven repo because its dependency
wicket-dnd:wicket-dnd:0.4.2 is no longer available from the Google Code
repository. This was breaking coverage of the communityRelease profile
on Travis CI for 2.8.x.
Only gs-geofence-server on 2.8.x uses this artifact and repository;
2.9.x and master use com.github.svenmeier.wicket-dnd:wicket-dnd:0.7.3,
which is available from Maven Central.
As a workaround, I manually deployed wicket-dnd:wicket-dnd:0.4.2 to the
osgeo repo. I did not have the sources jar in my local repo, so feel
free to deploy them if you have them. The sources are still available in
the Google Code archive (only built artifacts have gone away). This
artifact will likely only be used in one GeoServer release, 2.8.5, but
we should have it in a working repository so GeoServer
-PcommunityRelease can be built from source.
I also removed the obsolete Google Code repo from gs-geofence-server on
master, 2.9.x, and 2.8.x.
