I have noticed a couple pull request and integration builds failing with:
Error: 3,429 [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:2.22.2:test (default-test) on project gs-wps-kml-ppio: There are test failures.
I was able to reproduce this issue locally:

Built fine in the PR checks, and still builds fine locally for me, after a full build of both GT and GS…
The test in question is failing while doing schema validation, the main schema file is referenced locally,
but in turn it imports a remote file from OASIS… so likely a network glitch on the build server.
I’m including that file in the source tree. Looks like it’s not importing other stuff, so we should be fine:
