So far feedback has been mostly positive from Andrea. And I added a reference to the http specifications description of the various status codes as per his request, so I assume that is a +1?
Jody's feedback has mostly been about core catlog stuff, so I think a bit out of scope. Most of which will be brought up again when we work toward the data publishing split that has been proposed for 2.x.
So others, any feedback? Or can i assume silence == positive vote?

Hi Justin,
sorry fot the delay ... I didn't send any feedback until now since I
had no chance to take a deep look at the work done and at the actual
rest interfaces status.
The last time I tried to compile the rest module I wasn't able to
handle rasters via Rest interfaces anymore at least so I promise
myself to spend some time on that ... however I am very positive to
the GSIP 33 proposal.

I am not sure when you last tried it out, but there are some test cases which upload raster data. Also I have written some scripts which are capable of complete re-creating a release data directory from scratch. So perhaps updating and trying again might do the trick? Although it is quite possible that the re-implementation has missed your specific case. Any chance you could provide a quick example of what you need to do?
