I would like to know if Geoserver supports HDF files and if exist any ideia to support in GeoServer?

Simone will answer better then me on this one; but, AFAIK, only some
tests were conducted on the topic, not even an Alpha version has been
finalized.

Ciao Fernando,
as Luca mentioned there is not really anything production-quality for
using HDF data directly into geoserver.

Aside, supporting HDF is really a broad statement since HDF can
contain anything. Most part of the time, if there is something useful
inside an HDF that you want to serve via an OWS server, you can
extract that info as a geotiff.
