With the unreliability of our confluence instance my plan is rather than keep it up for hosting proposals I am instead going to do an export from confluence as static html and host that for now. The confluence install will still be around if we need it though, for instance if we want to grab the raw content markup.
That leaves the question about what to do moving forward. For the time being can we use the github wiki if someone needs to write a proposal?
As for what to do long term not sure how to proceed, I guess let’s enumerate the options and put it to a vote. The options as I see them are:
