[Geoserver-devel] How to upload Image pyramid via rest api

Hello,
The subject of the mail, is quite clear, for now, I manage to upload shapefile, Image mosaic via the extension file.imagemosaic etc.
For Image pyramid, it seems trickier because there isn’t any documentation for rest on this subject.
Do I have to zip the entire folder of Pyramided Image, and pass it to geoserver as a zip. What extension do I have to use. Is it file.shp, file.imagemoisaic or url.something.
Could you please tell me if it is possible and how to do that.
regards

Jean-Baptiste

Hi Jean,

Yes, for image mosaics zip up all the files in the moasic (including the index shaepfile if you wish) into a single zip file and send the zip file to the resource file.imagemosaic.

Also, these questions are better answered on the users list, this is the developers list.
