Hey all,
yesterday I looked at an interesting Google Tech Talks presentation titled:
"How Open Source Projects Survive Poisonous People (And You Can Too)"

The presentation is long (almost one hour), at times a little slow,
but the content is excellent in my opinion.
A must see for whoever wants a sane developer community imho
