[Geoserver-devel] IRC meeting time

Ciao guys,
I am re-opening this thread since last week I proposed a new meeting
time but I am afraid the email got lost in the old thread, hence, here
you go...

I would like to follow the GeoServer IRC meetings myself, but so far I
have been mostly unable due to the fact that usually on Tue night I am
not available for personal reasons.
Since we have been talking about changing the meeting time, I am wondering
if it could possible/feasible to move the meeting to Wed 17:00 GMT or
to Tue 16:00 which would work great for me.
What do you think?

Ciao,
Simone.

Mumble, they do both work for me, they are equally bad for NY people
I guess (close to lunch just as the one we chose), and probably
16.00 is a little early for people in Victoria that do need to get
in the office and talk to colleagues before starting they normal
working day):

So I'll let people directly involved speak, as far as I'm
concerned, it's just as ok as the one we chose now (and Wednesday
is ok for me too, I just have to move the day in which I usually play
tennis to Tue).

Cheers
Andrea

Ciao Andrea,
just a simple thought, Wed would be the best choice for me :-).

Ciao,
Simone.

Wednesday around lunch is not good for the NYC crowd. That's the day we traditionally go out of the office for lunch, and I think it's a pretty important meet-and-greet exercise.

Tuesday would be fine with me,

Ciao Arne, does this mean that Tue 16:00 GMT would work out for you?

I think that's what Arne was saying, I know 16:00GMT on Tuesdays is fine for me. For this week though, we're still meeting at 17:00GMT on Tuesday, right? It would definitely be late notice for a schedule change but I just want to be clear on this point.

I think it makes sense to NOT change the meeting time for this week,
even because I think we still have to hear something from a number of
people on my proposal (ciao jody, chris, etc... ).

Ciao
Simone.
