Hi All,
There’s been a few builds timing out - a couple on Monday, then some more this morning. So far it just seems to be geoserver-master and geoserver-2.17 that trigger the issue.
It looks like the problem builds locked up during local artifact install - the last line in all the failures looked like:
[INFO] Installing /tmp/jenkins-f2d27c76/workspace/geoserver-master/src/… to /home/ubuntu/.m2/repository/…
The jar being uploaded varies each time - I’ve seen gs-web-sec-cas, gs-notification-2.18, and, gs-sec-keycloak)
This isn’t happening consistently, and as of yet I am unsure of the cause:
-
Since it is only on local install, it doesn’t appear to be caused by a network issue.
-
Since it is only on a couple specific builds, it doesn’t appear to be a disk space issue
-
I tried restarting the executor node yesterday, and that hasn’t solved the issue either - its been happening across different nodes.
I vaguely recall something similar to this happening a while back, but I haven’t been able to find the email thread yet, and can’t remember what the actual issue was.
Given that this happened right after the repo updates, I am a bit suspicious that is related, but the actually issue seems to only occur during local artifact installation, which seems to rule that out.
Does anyone have any other ideas as to what might be causing this?
Cheers,
Torben
