[Geoserver-devel] jetty plugin

Hi all,

I mysteriously started having problems with the maven-jetty6-plugin,
getting exceptions when trying to run. So i obviously thought it was
something I did, however rolling back did not help. And problem also
popped up on trunk as well.

To make a long story short. They seem to have changed the
maven-jetty6-plugin to just maven-jetty-plugin. Updating to the latter
makes things work again. I am still stumped to as why it just stopped
working with the old stuff.

Anyways, you now run jetty commands with the "jetty" prefix, and not
"jetty6". Please update any old wiki document as you see it.

Thanks,

-Justin

Yeh I've been having issues this morning and have been look around for the problem too.
Is it enough for me to just use that command or so I have to update something?

Yeah sorry, I failed to mention that you have to do an svn update of the
web module.

This applies only to trunk, 1.5.x and 1.4.x_merge_wcs still uses Jetty6 plugin.

Kind Regards
