Better name than GeoServer for root KML Document (and maybe kml reflect?)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GEOS-1151
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-1151
Project: GeoServer
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: Google Earth KML Output
Affects Versions: 1.5.1
Reporter: Chris Holmes
Assignee: Justin Deoliveira
Fix For: 1.5.2, 1.6.0-beta1
Our root document in KML seems to at least sometimes have the unimaginative name 'GeoServer' as the root, which isn't very helpful to many people. I'll investigate this more, as it doesn't appear all the time. But there is at least one example: http://transit.frumin.net/geoserver/wms?VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&SERVICE=WMS&SRS=EPSG:4326&STYLES=&TRANSPARENT=FALSE&UNIQUEID=&BBOX=-74.04730987548828,40.54514344465497,-73.70000457763672,40.91540495622394&WIDTH=400&HEIGHT=400&FORMAT=application/vnd.google-earth.kml+XML&KMATTR=FALSE&legend=true&LAYERS=frumin:subway_lines
I think if we do the KML reflector then we don't get the 'GeoServer' as the root document. But I think we also get a crappy name there, ie 'kml_reflect'. SHould see if we can return a better filename or display name for that response...
