The preview page now has lots of nice links for tiled and untiled views and the like. What we should do is add a KML link, so users can get the preview right there, without having to type stuff in to the browser url bar.
I'd be fine with just a network link for now, though I think eventually we should have three options - static KML file (very easy to do from the openlayers page, since it's already got all the params, though ideally it would pick up the current zoomed in location to make the static KML file - getting a static file is actually pretty important, since people will often just use our KML as a starting point), a network link KML that reloads on camera stop, and a superoverlay of the current layer.
