preview window shouldn't show pdf and svg options for coverages

It's nice that the preview screen has more output options. But for coverages with pdf and svg it makes us look bad for coverages since they return messed up results. We should either gray out and make it so one can not click on pdf or svg for coverages, or we should get rid of pdf and svg in the preview window entirely, at least until we get coverages working. Everything in the demo section that users click on should work, so if things don't work we shouldn't have links in the preview section.
