When processing the GetCapabilities document of a WMS, layers based on imagery have a reference to a default style and GetLegend. There's no such legend, so it would be nice to be able to indicate this to avoid it appearing in the capabilities doc, or provide a static legend if appropriate. Style name and abstract can also be improved for default styles 
Will report as separate issue though.
