Incorrect CRS URN in WCS DescribeCoverage result

This DescribeCoverage request:

includes the urn:

urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG:4326

which ought to be:

urn:ogc:def:crs:EPSG::4326

I think. I'd appreciate hearing when the server instance has been updated (or there is another available for testing) so I can do more testing of my WCS client.
