HACK: using an offset in google earth, to fix mismapping
--------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: GEOS-1767
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-1767
             Project: GeoServer
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: Google Earth KML Output
    Affects Versions: 1.6.0
            Reporter: Eduard Witteveen
            Assignee: Andrea Aime

The geometry from the oracle-database has an offset to x (+/-18 meter) and y (+/-8 meter) to the background shown in google earth. I dont want to change the data inside the database, since it is correct. I really would like to have an option to fine compensate this displacement.
