It would be nice if you can override the projection parameters of an existing EPSG definition (which is present in the HSQL database) in the epsg property file.
This is for instance handy for the Dutch national grid, since the towgs84 parameters are not in the EPSG database, and therefore the default Geoserver won't reproject accurately between RD and WGS84.
