Improve the ArcSDE extension by adding support for the following ArcSDE raster formats:
- ArcSDE rasters with pixel type SeRaster.SE_PIXEL_TYPE_8BIT_U with color map
- ArcSDE Rasters with no colormap and pixel type SeRaster.SE_PIXEL_TYPE_32BIT_REAL
- ArcSDE Raster Catalogs made up of any supported raster storage type
