Description:
When I shutdown the GeoServer, after I deleted a namespace, which is used by a store, I can't restart the GeoServer until I insert the namespace to the file catalog.xml

Following error message is thrown:
org.mortbay.util.MultiException[javax.servlet.ServletException: there is no namespace defined for datatasore 'topp']
  at org.mortbay.http.HttpServer.start(HttpServer.java:640)
  at org.mortbay.jetty.Server.main(Server.java:429)
