Ability to set, through the GeoServer admin UI, an optional DataStore parameter indicating which ArcSDE version the DataStore should work upon when fetching/editing Feature data.
This means a given ArcSDE DataStore instance will be able to work upon a single, configurable ArcSDE version at any time.
Editing more than one version at the same time, hence, can be achieved by setting up a separate DataStore instance pointing to another Version.
The default behaviour, when a specific version is not specified is to work upon the database DEFAULT version.
