come up with a default raster symbolizer that plays nice with floating point rasters
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: GEOS-3255
URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3255
Project: GeoServer
Issue Type: Task
Reporter: Gabriel Roldán
Assignee: Gabriel Roldán
Attachments: floatraster.tiff, floatraster_capture.png
floatraster.tiff is a geotiff image with float samples.
floatraster_capture.png is how it looks if I open it with Mac OS's Preview app
If floatraster.tiff is configured in geoserver with the default raster symbolizer, the result is black (there might be non completely black pixels, but it looks like it)
Enabling the gc renderer debugging option writes presample.tiff and preSymbolizer.tiff alright (like floatraster_capture.png) and final.tiff as black, which is how I figured out it's a symbolizer issue. Using a color ramp symbolizer works ok, just thought it'd be nice for the default raster SLD to show something
