When a WMS request with EXCEPTIONS=application/vnd.ogc.se_inimage fails, the error report in the image sometimes runs off the tile despite there being room for another line of output. For example, this request exhibits the issue (the name of the style is missing from the first line of output:

It would be a nice improvement to ensure that the first line of the error report is readable in its entirety whenever the tile is big enough to accommodate this.
