Ogr2OgrWfsTest.testDoubleRequest failing, patch included

Test case is currently grabbing the first zip entry in the test response and assuming that it's Buildings when in fact it's Bridges. This causes the build to fail if you have ogr2ogr on your path. Patch loops through zip entries looking for Buildings.kml before continuing.
Also, please advise if I should just commit this instead of spamming the JIRA
