Oracle connections pool not cleaned when we press "load" button in the web interface or delete a layer or a datastore
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

         Key: GEOS-635
         URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-635
     Project: GeoServer
        Type: Bug

  Components: Oracle
    Versions: 1.3.1
Environment: Windows XP SP2, Java sdk 1.4.2, Jetty, 1.3.1 geoserver release
    Reporter: Pierre-Emmanuel Balageas
Assigned to: Sean Geoghegan

Create an Oracle datastore (not Oracle OCI, I don't test for it)
Create a layer for one table of this datastore
check number of connections to the database
press "load" button in the web interface
then re check number of connections. We have one connection more.

if I delete one (or all) layer, the number of connections doesn't decrease.
if I delete the datastore, the number of connections doesn't decrease too.
