Issue GEOS-10002 Closed updated the xsd schema locations from HTTP to HTTPS. While the INSPIRE XSD schema is now served over https, the XSD namespace URIs should have remained unchanged. The namespace URI should be still be declared as http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/common/1.0 and http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/inspire_vs/1.0 See also the INSPIRE Reference Validator: https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/validator/home/index.html
