Promlem 1: Rendering

When using SVGs for rendering, they are scaled and rendered correctly in the GetMap call.

The same SVG image has rendering problems in the GetLegendGraphic

Problem 2: Resizing

The SVG images in the example above are small in nature.
If you use a very large SVG, it will not be scaled in the legend. For the next example I use on the same layer, in two different rules, a 96dpi 50x25 PNG and an SVG. See how the GetMap rendering is perfect, while the getlegend rendering does not resize.

I can’t tell if these are GeoServer bugs or SVG bugs. Our graphic designer said that SVGs are ok, standard in version 1.0
