Hi,

GeoServer support the PerpendicularOffset on a LineSymbolizer:
https://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/styling/sld/reference/linesymbolizer.html#offsetting-lines

The OGC Symbology Encoding specification states (section 11.1.4):

> The distance is in uoms and is positive to the left-hand side of the line string. Negative numbers mean right. The default offset is 0.

However, it looks like in GeoServer this is reversed: positive distances are offsetted to the right, negative numbers to the left.
