[jms-cluster] The clients keep duing a durable-subscription despite we set the topic non-durable on config

As stated in the title, the JMSContainer always set a setDurableSubscriptionName despite the topic is durable or not, thus forcing ActiveMQ to always store the messages on the persitent storage.
